Sport Car 002

Version 1

This is the first design I made into a real toy car. I wanted to make a toy for one of my nephew’s birthday. The wheels are inline skate wheels. It turned out to be a very sturdy car which rolls very smoothly because of the ball bearings in the wheels.

Version 2

For the next version I had to adept the design by scaling it down a little because the wheel I had chosen for it had a smaller diameter. I like this version a lot because of it’s simplicity. The red wheels contrast nicely with the light colored wood.

This Sport Car 002 can be made to order. Please note that creation takes some time. Wood needs to be cut, glue needs to dry, sanding needs to be done and oil needs to dry. When you order one you'll receive an estimate of when it will be shipped. Usually between 2 and 3 weeks.
